There are times that a New Forest Pony registration application or Transfer of Registry may not be approved by the Registrar and/or the Board. In such situations, if a NFP owner wants to appeal a decision, the complaint process has to be followed, which includes submitting the Registry Complaint Form and supporting documentation and payment.
